By submitting your credit card information you agree to our cancellation terms and policies and agree to a $1 charge on your card to verify your card information. Our hostel is a cash only facility and cash payment for the entirety of your stay (minus $1) is due on arrival. We will only use/charge your card if you violate our cancellation policies. Our cancellation terms and policies can be found on our site towards the bottom of our FAQ page or by reading below:
If you need to cancel or alter your reservation, just email us and let us know to see if we have availability for your new dates. If you need to shorten or cancel your trip and it’s 5 days prior to your date of your scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the cost of your entire stay. If you come back at a later time we will extend a credit to you (with you being responsible for any difference in price per night). If you make your reservation less than 72 hours before your arrival date, you have 24 hours to cancel or alter your reservation without any penalty. After 24 hours, you will be responsible for the entire balance of your reservation. There will be a 5% processing fee added to the total cost of your stay for any charges placed on your card due to violation of these cancelation terms and policies.
