After flying into Panama City to Tocumen international airport (PTY)you take a taxi to Albrook airport (national airport) which is a 40 minute taxi ride.
Connect from Albrook Marcos Gelabert Regional Airport (MPMG) to Bocas Del Toro (BOC)

A. International flights into Panama City are serviced through major US and European airlines as well as the Panamanian airline Copa

A. Good question!  We insure you have an amazing time in Panama while teaching you how to surf using basic fundamentals with certified instructors all in a fun atmosphere.

Q. Is Panama a safe place for a family vacation?
A. The town of "Bocas" is known for friendly people, safety, and tranquility. Of course you still need to use common sense ie. don't carry lots of cash or wear flashy jewelry. The short answer is that Panama for the most part is much safer than many large metropolitan areas of the United States and the world.

Q. What is the best time of year to visit?
A. Basically all year with the most popular months being November to April when it is cold in North America and people need a break from the winter. January- March are some of the driest months, but anytime of year showers can cool you off in the tropics.

Q. What are the waves like at your location?
A.  Our location is ideal for learning and getting good waves for both longboards and shortboards. Within a short drive or boat ride there are breaks that will stimulate any surfer.

Q. Do I need a passport to enter Panama?
A. The only way for a U.S. citizen to exit the United States to Panama is with a current U.S. passport.

Q. What about the food and water- Is it safe?
A. Panama has excellent food with some of the best seafood in the world. There are a variety of international restaurants to keep you energized. The water quality varies in Panama, so we recommend bottled water to just be on the safe side.

Q. How is Panama different from other Central American countries?
A. The number one reason it is extremely different than other Central American countries is that it has a stable democratic government since 1948. The US dollar is the currency and the infrastucture is very good. I believe the most important factor which makes Panama different than some other countries in the world is that THEY LIKE AMERICANS!
